Chris leads the day-to-day operation of our hotel property teams. He started with Essex in 2008, serving first as a General Manager before joining the home office as Director Hotel Performance. In his current role, he is responsible for driving top-line performance and operational efficiencies. Chris graduated from Canisius College with a BS in Hospitality Management and studied abroad at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. He also holds the designation of Certified Hotel Administrator.
